Yoga develops strong limber and healthy bodies in children
while helping them increase body awareness, improve concentration, attention and focus. Improved self esteem and confidence
result from the reality that everyone can be successful in yoga – regardless of age, weight, popularity or any other
perceived limitation. Children learn to be comfortable with and emotionally accepting of themselves and others.
Mommy
& Me - Ages 6 mos - 3 years
This
class is designed to develop physical strength and emotional bonding between parent and baby during this special post-partum
period. You and your baby will be led through fun poses that encourage movement while building strength and flexibility
as you move forward together on the journey towards healthier bodies.

Little Yogis - Ages 4-8 years
Little Yogis get to show everyone what they can do! The main
objective is to help them love mindful movement, learn to feel a stretch in their bodies, and learn the names and forms of
basic yoga poses. Class moves from warm-up to games and left and right brain
development activities and then on to deep stretching and relaxation. Everyone
has fun while they learn to listen and stay focused.

Kids Yoga - Ages
8-12 years
The primary objective with this group is to develop their
love of movement and stretching through fun games and activities. At this age
it is important for them to learn to feel comfortable about their bodies. They learn about poses and their benefits, how to
refine pose forms and how to challenge themselves without pushing too hard.
Class Length: 45 min
Youth Yoga – Ages 12-19 years
Teen classes contain simple flowing and repetitive poses that
are also physically challenging. More detail on pose benefits and modifications is provided than at younger ages. Special
attention is given to providing emotional support during this time of rapid physical transformation. Focus on strength and
flexibility helps correct muscular imbalances that typically develop at this stage. Relaxation and breathing techniques help
teens cope with stress and anxiety on and off of the mat.
